Turkey Burger Patties

I love a great burger! I have traveled all over the US and had some great and not so great burgers. While I love a good beef burger, sometimes you have to think a bit healthier and that leads us to the Turkey Burger. This is my go to Turkey Burger for the Grill. It is well seasoned and juicy. It cooks well and tastes great. I hope you will try it and let me know what you think.

  • lb Ground Turkey
  • 1/4 cup Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Bread Crumbs
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 Clove of Garlic, finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sacue
Instructions

  2. Add ground turkey and incorporate it with the rest of the ingredients until well combined
  3. Form into 4 equal patties and refrigerate for about 2 hours. Freeze for about 45-60 minutes before grilling to help them keep their shape when grilled. Skip this step if frying in a pan.
  4. Cook over a hot grill 3-4 mintues per side or until the internal temp reaces at least 165f. Max 175f! Do not over cook the burger patty or it will dry out fast! Add Cheese or a BBQ glaze to your turkey buger if you like
