Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Rinse and pat dry two large chicken breasts. Sprinkle on some BBQ dry rub and put the chicken in an pan in the oven for about 40 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked. 165deg internal temp

Cook the frozen shoestring fries according to the package but adjust the heat and timing to match the chicken temp. You want them to be done about 10 minutes after the chicken comes out.

When the chicken comes out use two forks to shred the chicken into medium/small pieces. Place the chicken in a pot and cover with BBQ sauce. Place the pot on the stove on low heat to heat the sauce through. Stir regularly to coat evenly and prevent burning. After about 3 to 5 minutes remove from heat and cover.

Lightly butter the buns and toast them under the broiler or in a toaster oven to brown them a little.

Assembly - Place a big spoonful of chicken on the bottom bun. Put a slice of cheese on top of that and then a scoop of coleslaw on top of the cheese. Top with a few fries and the top bun.
